These weren't seen by me, but by a Bethany biology professor who started Hawkwatch here. They count hawks, etc. I told him I would report this to you. These are his words:
I was outside for 70 minutes yesterday. During that time I estimate I saw at least 200 Monarchs. I nearly pulled out one of our hand-tallies to count them. I do not report them typically. This is the second year in a row where I am seeing healthy numbers after a couple of bad years.
