I saw a total of 12 today..... about 8 flying in various directions while I was driving just 3 miles to and from the library around 11 a.m. and then at 1 p.m. approximately I saw 2 Monarchs flying around our buddleia bush. One flew off and the other kept nectaring and then finally flew off. Two more came back a while later before another storm hit on a day that was hot & humid.
