Sorry to be so late in joining reporting from home yard. I have had approximately 25 chrysalises form on the south side of my house, right by plenty of milkweed planted. This year, so many Monarch caterpillars! I have about six pupa left for adults to emerge from. Most were on the side of the house and chimney. Some have been hidden surprises! This year has been an Outstanding Monarch turnout on this property! I've had about 20 successful Monarch adults seen over the past three weeks. (One had a curved tip to its wing...). Thank you for keeping up this reporting. I used to report from Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morristown, but no one there now tracks Monarch progress. Pat Goodfriend
