Had as many as 7 at a time on tithonia today. Temps in 70's, breezy with SW winds, sunny. Have been consistently seeing at least six monarchs anytime I check our small urban yard over the past week, usually on our four tithonias, although we also have plenty of verbena, zinnia, aster & sunflowers. Unlike earlier summer, they are tolerating each other well, just seriously nectaring.
