I saw 12 for sure on tithonia, zinnias and ironweed. There may have been more because I also saw several in front yard on zinnias later that day. I was hoping they'd stay so I might see a roost. I did see 2 fly up and stay in walnut tree. Could have been more...they're so hard to see with wings closed.
