My Milkweed hadn't come in very well this year because it was so dry, and I thought Monarchs had opted out of my property this year. I hadn't seen any Monarch butterflies on-property all year, but I just found 3 Monarch caterpillars eating what little Milkweed there is, as well as the Butterfly weed. It's typical for me to not see much Monarch activity until the Southern return, but the caterpillars about a month later than I usually see them (still extremely warm).
