7 monarchs nectaring from morning till evening on one large aster in my yard. Winds were very strong out of the south so it seemed they were not migrating just fueling up. Was 5 in the morning then 2 more arrived. I was gardening much of day and kept watching and it seemed it was the same ones all day since they never moved far from this aster
