I have 4 little friends who have remained for many weeks getting ready for their journey. One short stocky male with a white feather spot on his left wing, Mr. Zippy, not much for goodbyes, moved on while I was at church Sunday. Soon after, a young male with bright red throat moved in to the area. The shows are plentiful even with 3 feeders in distinctively different areas of my large yard on both sides of the house.
