Observed from a train going through the city in the 8 to 9 o’clock hours. I normally see them out of my side window but this morning all were in directional flight heading sw. I saw most of them fly in front of the train about 10 to 15 feet from the ground. Definitely migrating. The wind is out of the northeast.
