10 monarchs seen at the same time nectaring on the zinnia / marigold flower complex along with a dozen or more painted ladies. Today has been the "busiest" day for migrating monarchs and the most I've seen at one time this year .... have been noting singles and doubles for the last couple weeks at any given time but today seems to be a little more of a "push" through the area after a 2 inch rain last evening. Winds generally lite from the South - Southwest, partly cloudy, about 80 degrees F.
