As I was leaving the parking lot of the YPS store in State College, PA, at about 12:45 PM, I noticed a Monarch butterfly flying westbound at about 25 feet above College Avenue.

At the time, we had fair skies with:

• Temperature:     70°F
• Dewpoint:     50°F
• Humidity:     49%
• Air Pressure:     28.8 inches
• Wind from the ENE at about 8 mph
