Wow! The warmer weather has brought more ruby throats from our north. Had a swarm of 14. Thought we had peaked out for the migration but picked up some more travelers today. Hummers were filling the feeder ports and nectarng on black & blue salvias. A pair had some pretty spectacular fights. Temperature in the 80's again. Some hummers have stuck around several days now. At the end of the evening they all vaished at the same time. But one straggler held on until 7:32.
