Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 09/19/2019

Number: 1000

There were too many to count, but there had to be a thousand. The sky was full of migrating monarchs all headed in the exact same path, Southeast. We watched them for an hour, until they eventually tapered off at sunset. It was remarkable.
