Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 09/24/2019

Number: 30

We have been seeing between 30 - 40 humming birds at our two feeders everyday for the last three weeks. We fill them at least three times a day and often four or more. They especially like to come between 6 - 8 a.m. and about an hour before dusk in the evening. There is a mix of adult males, females and juveniles. We usually have maybe 4 or 5 feed for a while before heading south so this has been a treat for us. The photo doesn't do justice to the number that come - the videos capture them better.
