Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 09/24/2019

Number: 12

There were monarch butterflies in our yard, mostly on tithonia, but also on zinnias and other flowers. They were continuing to eat until dark, when I saw some fly into a spruce tree, and others into a hackberry. Some flew in and out again from a maple.
