Hummingbird Sighting (Adult Male)

Date: 09/25/2019

Number: 1

First male I've seen in a week or two. Since we haven't seen males during summer, after first week of June (except once), this is a migrant. He was working over the zinnias, and got within 2 feet of me! I've never before been so close to a hummer!

Usually, I'll see one at a time, at my feeders. Lately I suspect the fatter one that lived here, went south. The skinny one (must have lost the aerial dogfights over the feeders) was still here a day or two ago.
