Counted 23 monarch crossing over the road I was driving on. It was a 8 mile stretch going north, I counted 9 flying south to south west and 14 on the same stretch of road but I was driving south. They were also heading south to south west. This occirred in 1 hour span; from 10:45a.m to 11.45 a.m. the temperature was 72 degrees at 10:45. The fog had just lifted and it was sunny with a very light wind, direction was variable. At 11:45 the temps climbed to 77 and the dew point was in the upper 60s
