Estimating a minimum of 15 monarchs flying south per hour, above a 15 story building. Possibly more from 10:30 AM to 1 PM when I left a construction site visit. While on motorized scaffolding along the exterior facade of 983 Park, two flew very close to me, at the 14th floor.
