My husband and I were leaving the town of Parker about 11:30 am, on Sunday, September 22, heading east on Ponderosa, just outside the town limits when a monarch flew right in front of us, from north to south. I backed the car up along the gravel road, so we could see it again! Heading south, into a strong south wind.
