Temperatures were much cooler today. However winds were out of the northeast and I expected to see Monarchs today but saw none. I traveled around locally most of the day always checking the sky.
It seems as they came through earlier this year compared to last year.
In September 2018 I observed 603 Monarchs for the month .
In September 2019 I observed 1,044 Monarchs.
