With the Temperature at the high of 51F., I observed a female monarch on the beach at Harrisville State Park. She had her wings up and folded facing a NE Wind at 20 mph. The skies were hazy. I hope she survives! My walk today produced no other monarchs as the winds calmed down and the sun came out in clearing skies 2 hours before sunset.
