Another beautiful fall day with temps in the low 80's and a strong southernly wind. For 5 hours I observed the monarchs from 2-7 pm. The monarchs made small roosts with 1-6 monarchs

I actually counted 1220 monarchs. But I estimated 1400 because I am sure I missed some.
