Monarch PEAK Migration
Sightings report image

Date: 10/03/2019

Number: 20

I have not been home during prime daylight hours during the past couple of weeks and only been seeing a few monarchs in the evenings when I get home, but happened to stop by on Thursday, the back yard was full of activity. I was excited to see them this weekend, but not one. They must have moved on. Peak this year seemed to be around Sept. 22 - Oct. 5. There are still 3 chrysalises that I noticed on our window sills. Hope they hatch soon.
