11:37am. Finally after the three days of rain, cold and wind the sun has returned. Temp is 56 with winds WSW at 13 MPH. The high today will be in the low 60s. The Monarch I saw on my neighbors salvia three days ago has been holed up over there the last three days but now she's out and nectaring on the salvia. That salvia looks completely fresh. The next three days forecast is for temps in the upper 60s to 70 degrees and sunny. That monarch better fuel up and get moving.
