Observation time was from 7:30am to 9am. Low temperature overnight was 55 degrees. 58 degrees during observation. Wind was out of the WNW at 7mph with occasional gusts up to 20mph. Cloudy overcast, chance of scattered overcast. One very plump adult female assumed to be our last seasonal resident (photo) as she was flying from one guarding location to another to another commonly used. She was observed constantly searching the sky. Close to 9am another adult female hummer, thought to be a traveling migrator due to her skittish nature, was seen drinking briefly from one of our feeders before being chased off by suspected last resident. High temperature expected today of 69 degrees.
