I went to the beach and no monarchs were observed from noon to 1PM, so I did my 2 mile walk and observed 4 monarchs nectaring. I went back to the beach at 2:30 PM and no monarchs were observed for one hour. When I got back home, I saw no monarchs in my backyard gardens to 6PM. I phoned Larry, and he saw but 2 monarchs today; one at the library, and the other at his house. Weather was sunny with the Wind SE-8-10 mph, and the Temperature topped out at 63F.
