Dandelions are beautiful!! Please, folks, don't kill the dandelions in your lawn and garden. This female monarch spent over on hour in our yard, sampling every dandelion in our grass. With most of the Fall flowers fading, dandelions and other small wildflowers are the food of choice for late monarchs. They need a lot of fuel to get to Mexico.
