One female adult Monarch feeding on the butterfly bush at the VA Community Living Center garden late afternoon in somewhat windy but otherwise mild conditions. She was nearly blown into the lobby when the automatic doors were closing but fought to get to the flower and fed off and on for several minutes...she may have been there a while when I arrived...vets mentioned having seen a Monarch earlier. They sometimes feed, fly around the garden, and return to feed some more.
