After being out of town for a few days, I was out walking my dog this evening and spotted one monarch adult flying southward around 6:30 p.m. It was 79 degrees, a little overcast, with no noticeable breeze. One of my neighbors that I saw while walking told me they had 5 monarchs nectaring on their sunflowers recently. So glad they are in the area!
