Unusually marked Monarch on the Lantana flowers. When I approached to take a photo I noticed white markings or perhaps a pigment issue (?) on the wings. It flew away & landed on the nearby rocks & I was able to take a quick 2nd photo before it flew away. Temp was 50 degrees & wind was from NNW 12 mph.
