This little hummer greeted me at the patio door this morning, looking at me, like...where is my feeder, I'm still here! He's been doing this for over a week now.

I take the feeder in after dark, usually around 9pm. I will put fresh sugar water in a clean feeder and leave on the kitchen counter over night. Then at first light in mornings, I will hang back out with some fresh WARM sugar water...at least warmer than it would be if I left out over night.

This picture was taken today, Oct 17 at 7:36am.

I didn't see the female hummingbird today.
