A partly sunny day with temps the high 50's and a brisk northwest wind I spotted 88 monarchs from 2pm to 4:30 pm.Similar to yesterday they were famished and feeding on the golden rod. They continued to look healthy and are very active. Temps tonight were to be in the low 40's compared to the night before which were in the high 40's in the immediate area.
