With the sunshine bursting out, after yesterday's 4" rain, I ventured out to spot the arthropods (birds,too, as well as other animals). Within 2 minutes, flitting around our neighbors' yard was one monarch. I followed the flight path, seeing it perch on the butterfly bush. See the photo.
