I took my 2 mile walk just before the winds kicked in and the rain poured by mid-day. I saw no monarchs, but on my return home, I observed a male monarch on my Joe-pye-weed. It flew high into a White Pine as the wind came up. Weather was cloudy with the Wind ESE-8-12 mph picking up to 21 mph by 4PM. The Temperature topped out at 59F.
