not a great photo, just a token to go with the sighting of watching 10-20 monarchs at a time, flying by a fixed point by the east side of Lake Ray Hubbard. We,the Annual Meeting of Texas Master Naturalists. were blessed with seeing this event during the morning of Sunday, Oct. 20.

The monarchs just kept flying by, going south. We just watched transfixed.
