The middle two weeks of October seems to be the peak migration in Covington, Georgia. I have been tagging monarchs for the last 3 years and there are by far more this year than in the last two years. From my perspective this seems like a population increase at least from my experience. I hope this is an indication that nationally the population is recovering.
