On Golden Eagle Audubon F/T. Conditions cold and windy. Walking back towards our vehicles one of the group found and picked up adult Monarch lying in road. Bug was still kicking so after positive id bug was put in a protected place out of the wind but in the sun and hopefully will be able to recover and journey onward.
