One large female Monarch nectaring on our Mexican Sunflowers -- the only nectar plants around! I have not seen Monarchs in this area for many weeks! Amazing!! She stayed for at least 30 minutes, occasionally riding the breezes then circling back for more nectar. Unusually warm here today, 66°, wind 15mph South with 30mph gusts. Safe travels precious one!!
