I took a walk along the Waller Creek greenbelt between 19th and 15th St. at mid-day and saw 2 Monarchs flying in a southerly direction. Most days since our peak in Austin on Oct. 13, I've seen at least one Monarch passing through wherever I've happened to be in Central Austin.
