The 4th grade at Colvin Run ES planted 106 tulip bulbs in a raised bed in the front of the school. It is our 5th year planting, but the first time in a raised bed. We covered the tulip bed with mesh to keep out squirrels, and will be adding school produced compost on top before covering with mulch for the winter.
