An adult butterfly was trying to fly in 14 mph wind coming from the SW late this morning. I saw it several times in our backyard. Temperatures reached into the low 60 degrees F today. All of my flowers have recently been hit by several nights of freezing weather. The only flowers left are some scattered on a butterfly bush, as shown in the photo. Was not able to take a photo of the Monarch because it was blowing around too much.
