Sub adult all orangeish brown Male Rufous at 7 a.m. sitting on bougainvillea hanging basket twig guarding one feeder from west side.. Tried to photo but was moving off quickly.
It's second Rufous as I believe 3 day previous female moved on just stayed overnight to regain weight from feeder.
This sub adult male likes to chase sparrows around. Very entertaining. We have a lot blooming to keep it's interest also.
