Female has been here for 7 days, and spotted at the feeder daily. Last night we had a hard freeze at 30 deg.
I hope this is a case of a hummer just needing to get a little more fattening up for the journey. I will continue to maintain the feeder and ensure it doesn't freeze, as long as this hummer remains.
