Our first hummingbird since 20 October 2019, and our first ever observed species of hummingbird other than ruby-throated hummingbirds (the photo shows an immature male black-chinned hummingbird - note the purple dot on the throat). Also, this is the latest in the year that we have ever observed a hummingbird in our yard (breaking last year's record of 15 November 2019)
