34 southbound grays passed through our observation area today. Three migrators breached today! We also observed one sub adult swimming south and north along the coastline of the peninsula.
We had the privilege of watching a pod of 8 orcas consisting of two males and also a mother/calf pair!!
They were within a half mile of shore and were quite active at times.
What a joy to watch them.
