Viewed outside our dining room bowed window was a wave of robins feasting upon the small fruits of our ornamental pear trees. Several were in each tree as well a few on the ground snatching up fallen fruit. Overnight low temperature was around 22 degrees with light snow falling off and on all night long. Present accumulation of snow is nearly 3 inches. Skies are cloudy with intermittent light snow flurries. Winds are out of the NNE at 10mph with gusts to 16mph. The wave of robins was spotted at 1:10pm with the temperature at 25 degrees. Expected high temperature predicted to only be 29 degrees.
