Rufous still here, and sat on feeder while I was sitting out in afternoon 70's. Three days ago. It usually just fast sips not sitting on feeder.
Today it's 34 wind chills. Plants drooping but Rufous still nectars on Aimsted when wind stops briefly. Also sits close inside Hamelia in wind next to Aimsted salvia. Favored coral Honeysuckle at 8 a.m.today for first time.
