Stripping holly berries from gardens

It is impossible to count them but probably at least a thousand on my 30A property, given many are in the horse paddocks and my backyard above a 6A reservoir. My water garden waterfall is a magnet for many who need a drink and/or a quick bath. Every time I walk into the yard and near one of the three dozen or so planted holly shrubs/trees, a burst of robins scare out.
