On January 25, someone from Eau Claire reported seeing robins. I live in EC and thought it might be a false sighting. I decided to keep my eye out, nevertheless. Well, it's true. Today, I spotted at least 10 flitting around in the cold; a few were at my neighbor's house hopping on some warm rocks. I managed to get a picture. Notice the two on the rocks. There are two more sitting in the tree (look for the orange chest). We've still got a lot of snow on the ground. Winter is not leaving anytime soon. These guys are incredibly early!
