Have had 2 female rubys all winter nectaring from Turk's Caps, Mexican Petunias and firebush (Hamelia patens). I'm certain they're overwintering and will return to their homes up North soon. I get ones passing through and also a couple that breed here in the spring. Nice to have hummers year round!
